The Clean Air Act requires gasoline to contain detergent additives. Certification requirements for detergent manufact- urers are at 40 CFR 80 - Subpart. There G, and require reporting certain information the Agency. There are record- keeping requirements for blenders of detergents into gasoline to ensure that effective concentrations are used.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
