Abstract: PTFEAD is seeking OMB approval to conduct a Youth Essay Contest in conjunction with National Disability Employment Awareness Month, the 10th Anniversary of the ADA, and the 25th Anniversary of IDEA. It will be open to youth of all ages, with and without disabilities. Applicants will submit entires to be eligible to receive cash prizes payable out of the Department of Labor's Gift and Bequest Fund.
