Terms of Clearance: This information collection had been approved through 10/31/00; however, a revision was submitted by FNS on 8/30/99 that was withdrawn by FNS on 01/13/00. In completing this transaction, the desk officer processed it as a withdrawl rather than as a withdraw and continue. In consideration of this error, OMB is granting emergency approval of this request, and is making this approval effective 01/14/00. FNS will submit a revision of this collection through the normal channels, which reflects changes made in FNS regulations in accordance with PRWORA.
