In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a period of three years. However, the agency must provide to OMB any letters or instructions accompanying the voluntary mail-in survey. The agency is also instructed to inform respondents to all surveys that the surveys are voluntary and to indicate whether their response will be kept confidential. In their next submission, the agency must also report on the level of survey participation.
