Abstract: NRC Form 592 is used to conduct a voluntary survey of allegers who bring health and safety concerns to the NRC. It is used to determine the allegers' level of satisfaction with the NRC's handling of their allegations. The results of this survey will be used by NRC management to guage the effectiveness of its existing program and to develop programmatic revisions, as need- ed, to improve NRC's handling of allegations.
