The purpose of this statement is to request review and clearance of a data collection to evaluate an enhanced program to assist state and local education agencies in disseminating effective HIV prevention programs for young people. The program being evaluated is a day and a half of individualized technical assistance to aid state and local education and health agency administrators and trainers to better disseminate an HIV prevention program on which they have received a national training.
