This action would modify a certain provision of the final rule establishing standards and requirements for reformulated (RFG) and conventional gasoline pursuant to Sec. 211(k) of the Clean Air Act. This modification would adjust the VOC performance standard for RFG containing 10 volume percent ethanol. The rule would require a change in EPA Form 3520-20C (Reformulated Gasoline and Anti-Dumping Batch Report). The form would be revised to include under Item 4.0 a new product type called "Adjusted VOC gasoline."
