This ICR is approved in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. Before resubmission of this ICR for extension, the Agency is encouraged to again evaluate the number of sources subject to these requirements and to reassess the estimates of burden per response to confirm that most sources continue to use positiv e pressure baghouses with a certified visible emissions observer instead of a continuous opacity monitor. Futhermore, the Agency should discuss whether any additional burden hours result from the activities necessary for the certified visible emissions observer.
