This study is a two-cell qualitative study of small business taxpayer reaction to a wide range of e-file promotional materials. In addition, interviews will explore taxpaers' overall attitudes and barriers to filing business taxes electronically. For this study, a total of 80 one-on-one interviews will be conducted. Data will be used to select the key messages and materials that most effectively communicate the e-file campaign.
