Abstract: The New England Fishery Management Council is submitting the Atlantic Herring FMP. This submission requests the clearance of revisions to the Northeast Region's vessel trip forms. The two new collection-of-information requirements resulting from the implementation of the FMP are vessel trip reports (VTR) and interactive voice response (IVR). Many people involved in this fishery already submit the necessary VTR's; this submission encompasses the entities who do not.
