Abstract: This information collection activity and implementing regulations permit the permanent establishment of tribal self-governance as authorized by the Tribal Self-Governance Act of 1994. The information collected will be used to facilitate and encourage tribes and consortia to participate in the planning, conduct and administration of those Federal programs, included, or those programs eligible for inclusion in an annual funding agreement.
