This information collection is associated with three interim rules. The provisions of these rules are reflected in this extension request. Two of the three rules, however, have not yet been published. As such, FNS is granted a short-term extension on the existing information collection requirements not associated with the unpublished rules. Upon publication of all three regulations in the Federal Register, FNS will resubmit this IC package for approval.
