Abstract: Millennium Green as a project of the White House Millennium Council that is led by USDA. A Millennium Office has been established at USDA in the Office of the Secretary. One the activities of the Millennium Office is to create an electronic registration for individual projects and a searchable database by category and geographic location of those projects.
