Approved consistent with the following terms of clearance. (1) Before the next submission for approval ED will develop an electronic reporting option for applicants. If none can be developed, the next submission will describe the obstacles and a time frame and strategy for overcoming these obstacles. (2) ED will begin a process to revise the AFEA to carry out ED's new policy on numeric identifiers for higher ED institutions - - use of the OPE-ID in lieu of the D-U-N-S.
