Abstract: The information collected under 0560-0175 allows CCC to effectively administer noninsured crop disaster assistance authorized by the Federal Agricultural Improvement and Reform Act of 1996. CCC provides assistance under the noninsured crop disaster assistance program for losses of commercial crops or other agricultural commodities that are produced for food or fiber. This information provides those charged with determining eligibility for assistance a basis to determine whether the producer meets applicable conditions for assistance and to determine compliance with existing rules.
