Abstract: This collection of information is required for applicants under the Telecommunications Demonstration Project for Mathematics, a discretionary grant program that supports a telecommunications-based professional development demonstration project. The purpose of this project is to improve the teaching of mathematics. This program is authorized by part D of title III of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended (20 U.S.C. 6951-6952). The Department will use this information to make grant wards. This collection falls under the Discretionary Streamlined Process (1890-0001).
