Abstract: The Emergency Oil and Gas Loan Guarantee Board is requesting this information so that it may guarantee loans made by private lending institutions to qualified oil and gas companies. The information will be used to assess whether there is a reasonable likehood of repayment on these loans. Those parties responding to this request will be lending institutions and qualified oil and gas companies.
