This information collection is approved, as amended by the changes agreed to by Nancy Cheal from CDC, on 12/2/99: The agency will limit the incentive payments of participating schools to a packet of educational materials developed for this purpose._The agency will provide OMB with a copy of its methodological study regarding the impact of the new OMB race/ethnicity categories upon the racial/ethnic distributions of participants in the Youth Risk Behavior Study.
