Abstract: This information collection is necessary to enable the Federal Home Loan Banks (FHLBank) and, where appropriate, the Federal Housing Finance Board to determine whether a respondent satisfies the statutory and regulatory requirements to be certified as a nonmember mortgagee and maintain this designation. Respondents include institutions that are not eligible for regular membership in a FHLBank but are allowed access to FHLBank advances.
