Abstract: Approximately 10 Agency-designated for-profit and nonprofit entities will submit a report listing the names of aliens who have participated in camp counselor exchanges more than twice. This report will be the basis of the Agency's efforts to monitor these exchanges, to prevent inappropriate staffing with alien labor, and to ensure compliance with the articulated policy.
