Approved consistent with CNCS' memos of 10/20/99 and 10/28/99. CNCS will continue to explore the possibility of developing a common budget form for all CNCS grant activities. Prior to the next submission of this approval request, CNCS will update OMB on this initiative. The burden estimate has been adjusted consistent with the 10/28 memo. CNCS will revise the form so that it includes a PRA standard burden disclosure statement.
