Terms of Clearance: OMB notes that there are two proposed rules which may affect the burden of this information collection. After public comments are received on the rules, FNS should resubmit this collection to reflect any changes. OMB commends FNS for undertaking a review to streamline the application. We encourage FNS to complete the revision of the application as soon as possible, and then to resubmit the package to OMB to approve these changes. As part of the revision, FNS should make the applciation available electronically. In light of the anticipated changes, this collection is approved through October 2001.
