Abstract: This new data collection effort will provide information required of the Corporation for National Service under the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993, which will be reported to Congress and the public beginning in March 2000. To help organize the service-learning activities of the Corporation, Learn and Serve America will systematically measure quantitative information on all its grantees and sub-grantees.
