Terms of Clearance: Approved consistent with DOL memos of 6-22-99, 6-28-99 and 7-7-99 Approval is for one year after which time DOL shall reassess the burden estimates (16 hours for firms) in this collection and whether the requirements for a safety and health program should be revised in light of OSHA's work on a possible safety and health program rule. As per DOL memo of 7-7-99, this collection was conducted prior to OMB approval. DOL shall ensure that such future violations of the Paperwork Reduction Act do not occur.
