Abstract: Under section 1261 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (the 1985 Act), the Secretary must establish a technical advisory committee in each State to assist in making technical considerations related to the implementation of the 1985 Act's conservation provisions. Individuals or organizations wishing to participate on the Committee that are not specifically required by law must submit a resume which outlines their conservation expertise. The request for these individuals or organizations' resumes is the reason for this package.
