Abstract: Funding for the 7(j) program has been greatly reduced the past several fiscal years; therefore, there have been very few task orders and very limited use (if any) of SBA form 1540. When there is sufficient 7(j) funding for task orders and when the SBA form 1540 is completed, it provides feedback for program evaluation. Responses below would apply only when sufficient funds are available and 7(j) task orders are issued.
