Abstract: The ORR-1 (Refugee Resettlment Program Estimates: CMA) allows ORR to obtain budget estimates for reimbursable costs from States at the beginning of the fiscal year. The form also serves as the formal application for reimbursement for the costs of CMA (Cash/Medical/Administrative) for the federally funded but State-administered Refugee Resettlement Program.
