Abstract: The respondents to this information collection request are the owners or operators of iron foundries and steel foundries. The information will be used to develop maximum achievable control technology (MACT) standards that are required under section 112(d) of the Clean Air Act as amended. Responses to the information collection request are mandatory under the authority of section 114 of the Act.
