Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved until 3-99 under the following condition: Upon submission, FNS will make available an electronic reporting format for the States that is compatible with the Federal system. At a minimum, FNS will allow States to transmit data over the internet. An electronic version will also improve the user-friendliness of the form and expand the amount of space States have to respond, particularly in the "key" accomplishments section.
