Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collected in forms CCC-36, CCC-251, and CCC-252 is approved. However, to obtain approval for the information collected in CCC-37, the agency must provide information on the purpose, need, and practical utility of the information collected. Furthermore, the agency must make an effort to contact the parties affected by the collection to determine whether the burden associated with the collection can be reduced.
