Abstract: This survey will attempt to gauge the level of satisfaction by claimants with the Unemployment Insurance Service. Thus, a telephone survey of a nationally representative sample of claimants, satisfaction will be measured in such areas as: Initial claims processing, weeks claimed processing, appeals, and referrals.
