Abstract: The statute requires that containers of class I and class II substances be labeled and that products containing or manufactured with class I substances be labeled. The regulation requires the above pursuant to the statute. The information is used to alert consumers to the presence of these substances in products. The respondents include all types of manufacturers who use these substances.
