Abstract: Participants in the marine fishing industry, including vessel owners, operators, and fish dealers, who wish to participate in controlled Northeast regional fisheries, must apply for and obtain permits. This submission intends to renew existing collections, extend expiration dates of newly approved collections, and introduces new collections of information.
