Abstract: As a result of an internal management study, ITA adopted a management strategy to target export assistance efforts to the infrequent exporter. ITA district offices must have a vehicle upon which to screen unsolicited calls for assistance and a vehicle upon which to make appropriate referrals to supporting organizations and agencies.
