Abstract: This survey is used to determine how well the Office of Personnel Management has served Federal civil service annuitants and survivor annuitants. As with previous surveys, the questionnaire will be mailed to a random sample of annuitants and survivor annuitants for whom OPM has recently processed a transaction.
