Abstract: The Commission will receive certain operating/market information, required under FERC-549P, from selected participants in an experimental pilot program to help it assess whether compliance with certain criteria identified in a related Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NOPR) in Docket No. RM96-14-000 is indicative of a lack of market power in specific market areas. The pilot program would relax the price cap for certain secondary market transactions in selected markets. (Docket No. RM96-14-001; Order/Proposal issued 07/31/96)
