Terms of Clearance: DOL addendum of 7/1/97. This is an approval of the concept of the survey, but OMB still has significant concerns about the methodology, procedures for collection, and utility of the information. These remaining concerns are addressed in the attached memorandum. DOL shall provide a sufficient response prior to fielding this instrument. In addition, correspondence with respondents shall clearly state that DOL is conducting the survey at the behest of the Advisory Council.
