Abstract: The PBGC is measuring the satisfaction of its pension practitioner customers through the use of an annual mail survey to be sent to a sampling of pension practitioners. The information collected will assist program managers in assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of their programs and in designing actions to address identified problems.
