Abstract: To support the Administration's National Arson Prevention Initiative. The Church Arson Prevention Grant Program was authorized under Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act to provide to county units of government funds to prevent further attacks on houses of worship and end racial and religious intollerance in America.
