Abstract: Section 10(e) of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act imposes limitations on advances to Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLBank) members that are not qualified thrift lenders (QTLs). See 12 U.S.C.A. 1430(e). The information collection is necessary to enable the FHLBanks to determine whether a non-savings association FHLBank member meets the statutory QTL test.
