Abstract: The karnal bunt regulations restrict interstate movement of wheat plants and plant parts, grain, seed, and straw, used farm equipment and tools, conveyance that move wheat grain elevators and other structures that store and handle wheat, and soil. Restricting movement of regulated articles from an infected area to a noninfected area will prevent interstate spread of karnal bunt.
