Abstract: The contract, as amended, authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to make and service loans guaranteed by FSA to eligible farmers and ranchers. The loans made and serviced under 7 CFR 1980, subpart B, include farm operating, farm ownership, and soil and water loans. Also under this subpart are emergency loans and recreation loans, which are no longer guaranteed by FSA. This collection of information is necessary to assure that the program is carried out in accordance with applicable laws and authorities.
