The infomation collections associated with form FSA-379 are now approved through 8/97, and the collections in the underlying docket are still approved through 9/98. Pursuant to discussions with FSA staff, OMB expects another emergency submission to clear related peanut forms, followed by a regular submission renewing the entire docket of 0560-0006 and all of the informatio n collections contained in that docket. The regular docket should be submitted before 8/97 so that regular approval of this emergency can proceed before the emergency approval expires.

When the national peanut quota is increased, a tenant must apply on FSA-379 for a share of 1/2 of any quota increase due to the tenants production of additional peanuts.
