This collection is approved through 12/97 as amended by ACF's revisions of 2/10/97. Approval through 12/97 should allow ACF sufficient time to revise the forms due to changes in reporting requirements as part of PRWORA and OCSE's proposed performance measures. In addition, ACF shall reevaluate the need to collect information on a quarterly basis and shall address the issue upon resubmission.
