Abstract: The Emergency Education NETwork (EENET) is to conduct a thorough analysis to determine if EENET is the most cost-effective method to provide training and, if not, develop and implement alternative training approaches. The quality can be improved and cost reduced through a review by previous customers, both users within the Agency and recipients of the training.
