This is a request for a renewal of OMB's approval of existing data collection instruments of the Evaluation of the HUD Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant Program (OMB-2539-0004). This is needed due to (1) delays in collecting data for several grantees, and (2) HUD now wishes to extend follow-up measurements for an additional 24 months.
