This ICR previously received a temporary 5-month extension to allow the agency time to conduct an updated assessment of the size of the requlated industry. This was done but the new data was initially not properly incorperated into the burden estimates in the resubmitted ICR. Corrected burden estimates were finally received Jan 7, 1997. Although it took some time, the agency ultimately did a good job of providing up-to-date estimates of industry size and regulatory burden.
