Final rule contains criteria for the approval of diesel engines and other related equipment; addresses exposure limits, monitoring, and reporting requirements for certain diesel emissions; and provides safety standards for the use of diesel-powered equipment in underground coal mines. Respondents are equipment manufacturers and mine operators who must comply.
