Approved through December 31, 1996, pursuant to the emergency clearance request provisions at 5 CFR 1320.13; three-month approval will allow OMB to act on the standard request for clearance within that time frame. Also, burden hours remain constant because this request is for an extension of the existing clearance without change; the standard package will reflect any changes to the burden estimate. Last, the pending conditions of clearance (OMB action dated 9/21/95) remain in effect and will be assessed in the context of the forthcoming review.
