Abstract: Section 606 of Public Law 103-403 calls for an evaluation of the 7(a) and 504 loan programs. The information will be used to discover areas of program strength and weakness. Program modifications will follow as necessary. Respondents are a random sample of small businesses that received 7(a) and 504 loans during fiscal year 1990.
